1-Year Extended Warranty on Windows XP Computers

$495.00 per year

This Extended Warranty covers parts and labor on XP Computers for 1 year after the original warranty expires
It provides unlimited phone tech support
It also provides unlimited remote diagnostics and support (via high-speed Internet connection)
The extended warranty covers normal wear & tear on computers - not physical damage
If on-site troubleshooting is not feasible:

Customer returns damaged unit via overnight delivery (Outline pays freight)
Customer can keep the hard drive before shipping back (or Outline can return it later if requested by customer)
Customer also keeps any aftermarket components added to the computer

Upon receipt of computer, Outline will replace the defective unit with a factory refurbished and tested unit
Typically, there will be a 1 business day turnaround on shipping the replacement computer
Replacement unit will be shipped via Overnight Delivery (Outline pays freight)

1-Year Extended Warranty on the FastTrack Digitizing System (not including computer)

$995.00 per year

This Extended Warranty covers parts and labor on FastTrack Digitizing Systems for 1 year after the original warranty expires
This covers all hardware components excluding the computer
It provides unlimited phone tech support
It also provides unlimited remote diagnostics and support (via high-speed Internet connection)
On-site tech support (if necessary) is provided at no charge to customer (but travel expenses for on-site support is the responsibility of the customer)
One free "Tune-Up" by Outline Technologies technician per year. Tune-Up includes:

Adjust, clean and lubricate bearings and rails
Check calibration, and recalibrate if required
Replace laser
Repaint digitizer deck
Refresher training for employees (if requested)
Note: travel expenses for Tune-Up is the responsibility of the customer

New Windows XP Computer with Basic Software package

This is the same standard XP computer that is supplied with the FastTrack Digitizing System
It has been configured to run Outline Technologies Digitizing Software
It includes IntelliCAD 6.1 SE that has been configured for digitizing
This does not include the 2007 Enhanced Software Package
The computer includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty
This package includes a 98-XP wire adapter (if customer is upgrading from a Windows 98 computer)

This package includes remote installation and configuration IntelliCAD, all the software enhancement programs, all the macros, and all of the new icons (via high-speed Internet connection)
It also includes a new copy of IntelliCAD 6.1 SE
